To assist in the prompt processing of any returned goods and the issuing of credits we ask that the following guide to be followed:


  • All goods are to be checked at time of delivery for quality, quantity and damage.

 

  • Claims will not be recognised for goods short received, damaged or any other discrepancies unless our office is notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by telephone on 9875 2655 or email to sales@bsfs.com.au

 

  • All goods to be returned with the driver on the day of your next delivery, and must be returned within 5 days of the original invoice date. Claims beyond this time will not be recognised.

 

  • You ensure that the driver completes the Return Sheet that they have with them and sign in the space provided.

 

  • All goods to be returned in the original, unopened packaging.
